ALABAMA STARZ

CONGRATULATIONS to our competitive teams the ALABAMA STARZ! The Starz teams won first place in the State of Alabama at Level 5! Our Level 6 Team was second place at State and our Level 4's finished fifth! GOOD WORK TEAM!

Our teams compete under the name “Alabama Starz” and proudly represent our program and our state in local, regional and national level competitions.

We offer competitive gymnastics programs in women’s gymnastics for levels 3-10 and in Tumbling and Trampoline (boys and girls) levels 3-8. 
Our men’s gymnastics program is growing and moving toward a competitive team.  All competitive programs start with pre-team classes to prepare gymnasts for the skills and routines used in competition.  Students are selected from our class programs based on physical abilities and the desire and motivation needed for success in competition.  We offer several levels of commitment for our team program.  For the gymnast and family wishing to experience competition, but desiring a lower level of commitment of time and money, the level 3 team program is a great beginning point!  For highly talented and dedicated athletes we offer training through the USAG TOPs (Talent Opportunity Program) in women’s gymnastics which is a faster track toward high level competition and can lead to national recognition and national training.  For athletes looking toward college scholarships and a successful career in competitive gymnastics, our program offers high quality coaching backed by an excellent facility for training.

Our program is known for dedicated coaches, a progressive, positive approach to training and great team spirit!  Be a star with us!
