Introducing a NEW Intro to Gymnastics for Parent and Child. It's an exploration of the equipment and fitness with a little less structure and a little less time. Ages: walking to 2 years.

Our annual Exhibition 2010 will be held Saturday May 1st. We'll polish up our most dazzling smiles for the red carpet of Head Over Heels Goes HOLLYWOOD! Camp Fliptastic- is our Summer Camp program. Camp Fliptastic is scheduled for June 21-25, 2010. Our second Camp week will be July 19-23, 2010. Registration begins in January! Our ALL NEW MITY-MITES Preschool Camps are scheduled for June 15-17 and an additional camp for July 13-15, 2010.

Head Over Heels teaches in over 50 locations in the Birmingham and Huntsville areas.  If your child’s school is not on the list and you are interested in helping us get a class started, please contact us.

Alabama Starz is our competitive gymnastics program.  We offer competition for girls beginning at level 3 up to level 10.  For boys and girls, we offer a competitive Tumbling and Trampoline program also beginning at level 3.  Our outstanding coaching staff blends discipline and fun to produce excellent gymnastics and young people of highest character.  We are proud of our gymnasts’ accomplishments in the gym, in school and in the community.  See the Starz page for more information (link)  We participate in the USA Gymnastics Talent Opportunity Program (TOPs).

National Gymnastics Day will be September 12th this year!  We host several activities and events to raise money for the Alabama Children’s Hospital.
