Camp Fliptastic- is our Summer Camp program. Camp Fliptastic is scheduled for June 15-19, 2009. Our second Camp week will be July 20-24, 2009. Registration begins in January!
Head Over Heels teaches in over 50 locations in the Birmingham and Huntsville areas. If your child’s school is not on the list and you are interested in helping us get a class started, please contact us.
Alabama Starz is our competitive gymnastics program. We offer competition for girls beginning at level 3 up to level 10. For boys and girls, we offer a competitive Tumbling and Trampoline program also beginning at level 3. Our outstanding coaching staff blends discipline and fun to produce excellent gymnastics and young people of highest character. We are proud of our gymnasts’ accomplishments in the gym, in school and in the community. National Gymnastics Day will be in September this year! We host several activities and events to raise money for the Alabama Children’s Hospital.
SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY!
We are seeking an Elite Development Coach to coach TOPs and Pre-Elite level athletes. The candidate must be able to plan practices, monitor athlete development and communicate with parents. Also, the candidate will be expected to design philosophy and develop programs for athletes on the elite development track. Other requirements will be to train and oversee assistant coaches in the program; maintain Professional USAG membership, safety certification and background check. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in sport or a related field or equivalent experience with national/international level gymnastics.
