We are excited to announce our 2009 Exhibition theme is Out Of This World Adventure. We invite you and your gymnast to join us for Head Over Heels Out Of This World Adventure Exhibition on Saturday May 2nd!  This is an exciting day featuring our students and celebrating their accomplishments. The gym will be decorated from top to bottom and our instructors will be here to help your child show off all the skills they’ve been learning in class. Smiles are guaranteed as your child joins the fun and excitement of exhibition!

For our preschool students, there are no routines to learn. At exhibition your child will be performing skills and working with the instructor just like in class. For elementary students, classes may learn a short routine to perform in addition to their skills (this is up to the instructors and students). Each class selects favorite skills to show off!

Please be at the gym about 20 minutes before your scheduled performance time. We will have professional photographers on site taking specially themed portraits of our gymnasts for an additional charge.

Schedules will be posted and sent to you when you  receive your exhibition clothing 2 to 3 weeks before exhibition.  Each performance is about 45 minutes long, so you will not be watching hours of other children’s classes.  In general we try to schedule preschool classes in the morning and elementary classes in the afternoon.  If you have a conflict that day, please let us know and we’ll do our best to schedule around it.

To sign up, complete the exhibition form and turn it in to our office with your fee. The fee includes a themed leotard for the girls (or t-shirt and tumbling shorts if you prefer) and our specially designed exhibition t-shirt and tumbling shorts for the guys, admission for gymnasts, family and friends, participant certificate and a competition quality medal for each gymnast. A professional photographer will be available.  The photographer’s information will be sent with the exhibition clothing. So, all of our Space Princesses polish your tiaras and  Astronauts get your light sabers ready, we’re counting on you to help us have an 'out of this world" good time at Exhibition 2009.
