Head Over Heels teaches in over 50 locations in the Birmingham and Huntsville areas.  For a list of locations.  Fall classes are enrolling now.  If your child’s school is not on the list and you are interested in helping us get a class started, please contact us.

Alabama Starz is our competitive gymnastics program.  We offer competition for girls beginning at level 3 up to level 10.  For boys and girls, we offer a competitive Tumbling and Trampoline program also beginning at level 3.  Our outstanding coaching staff blends discipline and fun to produce excellent gymnastics and young people of highest character.  We are proud of our gymnasts’ accomplishments in the gym, in school and in the community.  See the Starz page for more information.  We participate in the USA Gymnastics Talent Opportunity Program (TOPs).
